We at Asiwal Industries endeavor to deliver products to all regions within the territory of India in good condition through logistics service providers. The estimated delivery time for local orders is 2-3 working days, 3-7 working days for outstation orders, and 5-9 working days for orders delivered to JK, North East India, and Kerala. We ship on all days from Monday to Saturday except Sundays and Public Holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can typically track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched by the seller/product manufacturer, unless the same is not updated due to issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., technical issues with the logistics company, disruptions due to weather conditions, force majeure events including strikes, lockouts, server disruptions, etc.).

We at Asiwal Industries strive to deliver the best products by maintaining the highest quality standards with respect to our products, processing, and packaging. We are extremely diligent and do not sell expired products.
We follow a Replacement/Return/Refund Policy. Every product sold at our website is covered under our 7-Day Return Policy in case of receiving the wrong product or receiving a damaged/tempered product. Notify us about problems, packaging issues, or damages within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will either send a replacement product to you or refund your money. Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 3 - 4 business days.

All returns in the above-mentioned situations are subject to the discretion of Asiwal Industries.
As a policy, we do not cancel any order after it is placed on the portal and the complete payment along with the payment confirmation has been received from the customer’s bank/service provider.
Please Note: If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
